The homework on the floor. The washing that never quite ends. Someone asleep in the corner seat by nine on a Sunday. A lounge suite sits quietly through years of that, and ends up in the background of nearly every photograph you take at home.
So we build ours with that in mind. Solid pine and plywood underneath. High-density foam over pocket springs, with zig-zag springs beneath those, rather than foam on its own. It is the more expensive way to build a seat, and we build them that way because of how a seat ages.
We are the manufacturer, not a shop that buys them in. Your suite is built on our floor in Johannesburg and goes from there to your lounge — nobody in between adds a margin to it, and the imported steel reclining mechanism is fitted here and backed by us, rather than by a call centre in another country. Our warranty terms, in full.

Air leather is a man-made upholstery. It is not animal hide, and we say so on the page rather than letting the word do work it hasn’t earned.
Every Cordoba suite is built by us, in Johannesburg. If we ever sell something we did not make, we will label it as bought in.
Genuine leather on our suites means hide on every panel, including the backs. Most “leather” suites in South Africa are hide where you sit and vinyl where you don’t look. Ours is leather all round, and that — not a shop margin — is what you are paying for at R49 999.
Both prices below are what the suite costs from the people who made it. There is no shop margin folded into either one.

You are welcome any time we are open. No appointment, no salesperson hovering — sit on all three pieces, work the recliners, and feel the difference between air leather and genuine leather with your own hands.
That is the part a photograph cannot do. Message us first and we will have your colour out and waiting. Bring your room measurements and we will tell you honestly whether it fits — including when the answer is that it does not.
Everything on our floor is already built. Nothing waits on a production run before it can move. In Gauteng we deliver within 5 working days. Everywhere else your suite travels on our next scheduled run to your area — our trucks, planned routes, and we confirm your date when we confirm the order.
Not in a hurry? Ask about a shared load. If you are happy to wait for a truck already heading your way, we can often bring your delivery cost down considerably. Mention it to your salesperson before you order.
